Tulku Lobsang developed the powerful tog chöd technique based on the famous Tibetan meditation technique of Yaman dances. Tog chöd, the sword of wisdom, is a combination of posture, movement and visualisation. This meditation practice can help us to reduce fear and expectations, release mental impressions and overcome negative emotions. Tog chöd teaches us to cut through thoughts. This means we are able to cut through expectations, concepts of truth, and fears. It is important to live in the present and not always think about the past or the future.
